Consulting and support
Audits without illusions, technical debt work, architecture planning, and support as a system. You talk directly to the person who writes the code — so decisions are fast and collaborations last for years.

“Good solutions are born not from code, but from the right questions”
I treat consulting not as a one-off service but as a collaboration: digging into your project deeper than a surface-level audit and showing where the system actually holds your business back — in the architecture, the code, the processes, or the infrastructure. Over 18 years of experience help me see these things fast.
You work with me directly: consulting, architecture, and development — fast solutions with no middlemen. No “I’ll pass it to a developer, he’ll take a look next week”: every question is discussed with the person who will actually solve it. That’s why most of my client relationships are long-term: projects I have been supporting for years, and testimonials written after years of working together — not after shipping a landing page.
For ongoing support I use my own tools: Deployments — my CI/CD system where a single push delivers code to the server and reports to Telegram, and Simple MCP — a private MCP server that lets AI agents work with site content safely. The routine is automated, so the time goes into development, not manual operations.
I analyze existing solutions technically and pragmatically:
WordPress architecture or a custom backend
code quality and dependencies
performance and bottlenecks
security and stability
actual readiness for scaling
The result is an honest picture of the project — no “marketing gloss”. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. But it’s something you can plan from.
Legacy code is not a verdict if you handle it correctly:
gradual updates of the core and logic without stopping the business
rewriting critical parts instead of patching
less dependency on problematic plugins
preparing the system for further growth
This way the project moves forward without radical, risky migrations.
Before development or scaling, I help you:
choose a tech stack for the task, not for the hype
design the architecture around real business processes
build in performance, security, and SEO from day one
avoid solutions you’d have to redo in a year
This applies to any digital product: a website, an eCommerce platform, a web app, a CRM, or an AI agent. The right question at the start saves months of work later.
My support is a clear system, not “chaotic hotfixes in production”:
controlled updates and stability
incident response without panic
planned technical improvements
transparent communication and honest priorities
Examples of projects that have been alive and growing for years are in my portfolio, and the related directions are on the services page.
Consulting and support are a way to keep technology under control. When technical decisions work for the business, growth becomes predictable instead of stressful.
If you feel the project is slowing down and the cause is somewhere “under the hood” — write to me. We’ll start with an audit and the right questions.
