Handy online tools in one place

Tools is the KAPLIA.PRO section with free online utilities for working with text, code, and graphics. Everything runs right in your browser: no sign-up, no installation, no “leave your email to get the result”. Open the page — and use it.

For over 18 years I have been building digital products — and along the way I have collected a whole shelf of small utilities made for myself: transliterate a text, build a sprite, fix a wrong keyboard layout. They used to live as separate web apps on subdomains. Now I am gradually moving them here — one place, one design, open to everyone.

What’s here right now

The first tool in the section is Ukrainian transliteration: instant romanization of Cyrillic text following the official standard, Resolution No. 55 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Paste your text and get spelling fit for documents, domains, and slugs. Everything is processed in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.

What comes next

The section has only just launched. More than a dozen utilities are queued for porting and development:

• SVG and CSS sprite generators — combine icons into a single file and get ready-to-use code.
• Keyboard layout fixer — for when “ghbdsn” was supposed to be «привіт».
• A translator built on Chrome’s built-in AI — translation right in the browser, with no third-party services.
• Color tools, generators, and AI helpers — everything that takes the routine out of a developer’s and content maker’s day.

Every tool gets its own page with a description, and the catalog above grows with each release.

Why it’s free

Because I built these tools for myself and use them all the time — they paid for themselves long ago in saved time. Publishing them openly costs me nothing: most of them run entirely on your side, with no server or database, so I don’t need your data or your email.

The principle is the same as in my knowledge base: useful things should be available without barriers.
