Digital products are everything that works for your business online: from a simple business-card site to an eCommerce platform, from a client portal to an AI agent that answers your customers at 3 a.m. For over 18 years, I have been designing and building these products myself — no managers, no subcontractors, no broken telephone.

Not “making a website” — solving a problem

Honestly, clients rarely come just for “a website.” They come for results: bookings, purchases, payments, and fewer calls with the same old questions. So first I figure out how the client’s business works, and only then pick the tool — development starts with architecture, not with a mockup.

Sometimes the answer is a fast landing page on WordPress. Sometimes it is a web app with billing, a CRM, and a Telegram bot. And sometimes it is an honest “you don’t need this — there is a simpler way.” That happens too, and it is exactly why people work with me for years.

What I build most often

• Websites and eCommerce platforms — WordPress development: from landing pages to online stores with LiqPay or MonoPay, shipping, and custom business logic.
• Web apps and client portals — personal accounts, booking, billing, document workflows with e-signatures. I built my own client portal, clients.kaplia.pro, exactly this way — my clients now download backups, pay invoices, and sign documents online on their own.
• CRMs and business systems — client records, automatic invoicing, integrations with payment providers, email, and messengers. The system is built around your processes, not the other way around.
• Bots and AI agents — chatbots and AI assistants that answer questions, book appointments, and hand leads over to a manager. One of them is working for you on this site right now — the button at the bottom right of the screen.
• SEO, speed, and security — technical optimization, Core Web Vitals, protection, and backups with tested recovery.
• DevOps and support — servers, automated deployment, monitoring, and maintenance: one push — and the code is live.

The role of WordPress: a foundation, not a ceiling

WordPress powers over 40% of the web, and I know it down to the smallest detail — from core customization to plugins of my own. The WP-Loc multilingual plugin, an MCP server for managing content through AI, themes with dozens of custom Gutenberg blocks — all of it written by me and running in production.

But WordPress is a foundation, not a ceiling. When a task outgrows it, I keep building: custom engines, SaaS platforms, real-time services. It is never about the tool — it is about what you and your business actually need.

Why working directly is faster and cheaper

In a classic agency, there is a long bureaucratic chain between you and the developers: a manager, a designer, a team lead, and a queue of tasks. With me, there is not. You simply tell me about your problem, and I solve it with experience, expertise, and modern tools: consulting, architecture, and development — no middlemen.

This is not about being “the cheapest.” It is about every dollar going into the product instead of into relaying your words down a long chain.
