1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy outlines the procedures for collecting, using, storing, and protecting the personal data of users of the site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

The owner and administrator of personal data is the individual entrepreneur Kaplia Vitalii Vitaliiovych.

We comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” as well as the general principles of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. What Data We Collect

The following data may be collected through feedback forms on the Site:

• User’s name;

• Email address;

• Phone number;

• Text of the message or request;

• Technical information (IP address, browser, device type) — automatically, for security and analytics.

Financial or payment data is not collected through the Site.

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Use

Personal data is used solely for:

• Feedback with the user;

• Processing requests for web development services;

• Improving service quality;

• Technical and analytical optimization of the Site.

Data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine and to the technical processors expressly named in this Policy (Section 4).

4. AI Assistant (Chat and Voice Mode)

The Site features a chat widget with an AI assistant that answers questions in text and voice modes. The assistant’s knowledge base consists solely of the published content of the Site.

Before starting a conversation, the user enters their name and phone number — this is required to follow up at the user’s request and to protect the service from abuse.

While using the assistant, the following is stored:

• Name and phone number;

• Message texts and transcripts of voice conversations;

• The page from which the conversation was started;

• Technical session information (IP address, browser, approximate location by IP);

• An automatically generated brief summary of the conversation.

To generate responses, the content of the conversation is transferred to a technical processor — OpenAI — over a secure connection. In voice mode, audio is streamed to OpenAI directly from the browser (WebRTC). The captions of your voice shown on screen during the conversation are recognized locally in your browser and are never sent anywhere.

If the user requests a callback, their name, phone number, preferred contact time, and the conversation summary are sent to the Site owner (via email, SMS, or Telegram).

Conversation history is stored in the Site’s database. The user may at any time contact us using the details in the “Contact Information” section to request deletion of their conversation history.

5. Use of Cookies

The Site uses a cookie popup.

Cookies are used for:

• Visit analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or similar services);

• Saving technical settings;

• Improving user experience.

By continuing to use the Site, the user agrees to the use of cookies.

The user can disable cookies in the browser settings.

6. Data Protection

Necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

Data transmission is carried out using a secure HTTPS protocol.

7. User Rights

The user has the right to:

• Obtain information about their personal data;

• Request their correction or deletion;

• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
